  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch

The Spicy Ranch Dressing:

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp adobo sauce from chipotle peppers
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dill, dried
  • 1 tsp chives, fresh or dried
  • 1 tsp parsley, dried
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp water to thin
