OSTEOPOROSIS:

Since estrogen is essential for maintaining bone density, a drop in estrogen levels can lead to a loss of bone mass and an increased risk of developing osteoporosis. Long-term hormone imbalances, especially during menopause, might raise the risk of fractures and other complications. Women should focus on eating a healthy, balanced diet high in calcium and vitamin D, implementing resistance training into their routine, and discussing potential Hormone Replacement Therapy alternatives with their healthcare physician to reduce this risk.

CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE:

Hormonal imbalances can also impact cardiovascular health, increasing the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other related conditions.
